Our safety program is led by a dedicated safety department and supported by recognition that includes the Governor’s Safety Award and EHS Today’s “America’s Safest Companies.” A 2024 EMR of 0.75 and TRIR of 0.58 reflect the strength of our safety culture across all project environments.

Each project incorporates a Site-Specific Safety Plan (SSSP), daily task planning, and our Good Catch program. This program is focused on identifying and preventing SIF (Serious Injuries and Fatalities) events and managing STKY (Stuff That Can Kill You)  exposures, ensuring our teams remain aware of potential hazards before they impact work.
