East & Westbrook Construction served as the General Contractor and successfully delivered a 2,400-square-foot wood-frame Fifth Third Bank branch on a fully developed one-acre site in Murfreesboro, TN. This branch represents one of 65 new Fifth Third Bank locations scheduled to open nationwide in 2025[AT1] ,underscoring the institution’s continued investment in expanding its retail footprint in key markets. The project scope included full site development and execution of a complete plan/spec build. East & Westbrook delivered a turnkey, build-to-suit facility that meets Fifth Third’s operational standards and brand requirements. Key site features included a bio-retention pond to support stormwater management and sustainable site performance. While East & Westbrook managed all aspects of construction and site development, Fifth Third coordinated FF&E and specialized banking equipment to support branch operations.

East & Westbrook Construction is proud to announce the newest groundbreaking of The Pet Station Country Club, a 25,000-square-foot pet resort located at 14310 Old Henry Road in Louisville's East End. This marks the third and largest location for the locally owned pet care company, continuing their commitment to building spaces serving people and their beloved pets.
