As an experienced commercial construction provider, E&W was the selected turn-key commercial concrete contractor for the recently completed 630,000 sq. ft. distribution warehouse. This massive project consisted of 65 opposing truck docks, approximately 120,000 sq. ft. of heavy-duty reinforced concrete truck paving and dolly pads, and over 20,000 sq ft. of sidewalks.
Flat floors were important to the owner. Through the use of a laser screed and specific finishing methods for the slab-on-grade placements, we achieved FF & FL numbers greater than 85 & 65, respectively.
