East & Westbrook was awarded the turn-key concrete package for the 130,000 sq. ft. 5-story office building in Louisville, Kentucky. Consisting of 5 levels of elevated slabs and working through the winter, we helped push and maintain an aggressive overall construction schedule.
Our commercial concrete work began with a caisson and grade beam foundation system, and then progressed to on-grade concrete slabs and multiple elevated placements on a metal deck. While the schedule was important to our client, quality was the focus for our crews and subcontractors.
