East & Westbrook Construction was recently recognized as a 2026 SCOAR Target Outstanding Project Safety (TOPS) Award winner for our work on a large-scale steel manufacturing project in West Virginia. The award recognizes the planning, field execution, and commitment to safety the project team has demonstrated throughout the work.
