In the midst of a widespread shortage of skilled tradespeople across various industries, we have taken a proactive approach to address this issue. We are proud to take the initiative in workforce development by offering an apprenticeship program that provides education, experience, and opportunity. This initiative focuses on investing in our growth and the future of team members in the skilled trade industry.

When interviewing for the apprenticeship program, we place emphasis on more than just qualifications; we hire for attitude and train for skill. This approach sets the stage for a comprehensive onboarding process that includes vital safety training. During the initial 90 days, new team members are identified as "Team Green" and receive extra support and evaluation to ensure they align with the company's core values. This support fosters a safe learning environment for participants and secures an even safer future in the industry. In our commitment to workforce development, we have developed a Registered Apprenticeship Program.

Building a Path to Success: Education and Career Opportunities Through Partnerships

This initiative exposes participants to a diverse range of construction tasks and is supplemented with classroom learning taught by in-house experts. Graduates of this two-year program are often primed for leadership roles within the organization.

We have fostered partnerships with Jefferson Community and Technical College (JCTC) to offer a two-year degree program, which not only helps individuals formalize their skills and education but also opens doors to careers in safety, project management, estimating, and various skilled trades.
