Quick response and smart design leads to building project for long-time client

On Thursday Morning Ohio Valley Aluminum called to say they needed a proposal for a new Truck Maintenance facility – by Friday. The East and Westbrook team went into action preparing a complete proposal for a new building, including preliminary plans, renderings and a budget, in just over 24 hours.

Though this is a small building, the value to the owner to be able to hand over total responsibility for a construction project to a trusted consultant was huge.
