Faurecia Warehouse Construction Project

In mid-2014, St. Louis, MO based construction manager LayneCo Construction Services sought out, interviewed, and selected East and Westbrook as the turn-key commercial concrete contractor for the brand new Faurecia Facility in Simpsonville, KY.  Faurecia is the world’s number one supplier of seat frames and mechanisms, emissions control technologies and vehicle interiors.

This new warehouse encompassed 121,000 ft² of manufacturing facilities and office space, over 54,000 ft² of site-cast tilt-up concrete walls, and over 200,000 ft² of heavy and light duty concrete pavement.  Exceptionally flat, densified, shiny interior facility slabs coupled with our quality site-cast tilt-up work has landed us another opportunity with the LayneCo construction team for a tilt-up project which is nearly 4 times larger, in Columbus, IN.
