Your finished concrete can wear and break down over time for various reasons. Whether its mother nature, constant use of heavy equipment or general wear and tear over time, even the strongest concrete lot will eventually show cracks and deteriorate, causing eyesores and potential safety hazards. In many instances, it can be costly to halt operations to restore your lot or interior floor back to top condition. Understanding that concrete paving and repair projects present a unique set of challenges, East & Westbrook has developed a tried and tested method for success with paving and repair jobs across the country.

We’re proficient at working within a tight window of time to pave and repair large portions of our customers’ lots, minimizing company downtime in the process. Often, our team can complete a paving and repair job in as little as 3 days from start to finish. To accomplish such a formidable task while still ensuring top quality, we utilize a special fast-setting mixture of concrete. While traditional concrete might take up to 28 days to cure, the mixtures used in these applications can reach designed strength in 24 hour or less.  This allows our team to begin excavation on a Friday (sometimes a Friday night or even Saturday morning) before placing a new slab of concrete to be finished and cured by Monday morning.

This same process is used for interior slab repairs and replacement. For interior jobs, our team will take the additional required steps to ensure emissions control, dust control and noise abatement, as needed, for each individual client. With this highly efficient process and custom-tailored approach to paving and repairs jobs, we are able to replace large lots of interior and exterior concrete in multi-phases.
