E&W partnered with Rocket Storage for a design-build project from conception to final construction. We maximized the site’s potential by building 80,000 sq. ft. of climate-controlled storage with drive-thru access, as well as an additional 16,000 sq. ft. of traditional self-storage units. The main building also included a 1,500 sq. ft. retail suite and leasing office. E&W self-performed all concrete, including shallow foundations, polished concrete floor slabs, and slab on metal deck.
