Careers

We know that “lasting construction starts with a solid foundation” and we believe the same when it comes to teamwork and relationships. At East and Westbrook we work together as a team to make sure everyone is proud to put on their boots in the morning and fulfilled taking them off in the evening. As a family run construction company we understand the stress seasonal ups and downs can cause. For that reason we have been working hard since 1977 to develop year-long contracts to keep our minds and hands busy no matter the season.

Introduce Yourself

Our team is looking for help to keep up with our growth. If you have what it takes to be one of the team (1-2 years concrete/carpentry) we want to hear from you. We offer no layoffs and work year round with excellent benefits: 90% of Health Insurance paid, vacation bonus pay, paid holidays and opportunities for advancement. Positions are based on experience.

The ideal candidate will be able to pass all required pre-employment screens including a background check with MVR (driving record) and ten-panel drug screen.  Some projects require TWIC (Transportation Worker identification Credential). Applicants must also be able to provide reliable daily transportation to and from work where hours are early morning through the afternoon, Monday through Friday (varies slightly by project and season).  However, due to the industrial nature of our clients and projects, candidates must be able to work when scheduled overtime, weekends, or off-shift hours.

East and Westbrook is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law.
